Its a tweak enable "slow motion" to Vista Flip 3D/ Windows Animations when "Shift" key is pressed, done through adding a registry entry.

Preview (YouTube Video)</a>

It doesn't matter if you know or not about Windows "registry". After adding the key, everytime you presses "Shift" button when an Windows Animation is going on, they'll be slow motioned (watch the YouTube vid up there). I've attached 2 files to enable and disable the tweak (Take note that you'll have to relog your Windows to enable/disable the tweak!):

Instructions on adding the registry manually:

  1. Run regedit (Windows Logo + R to display "RUN" dialog, type in "regedit" & hit Enter). Click "Continue" if you've UAC enabled.
  2. Browse to, and select folder: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/DWM".
  3. Click on "Edit" > "'New' - 'DWORD (32-bit) Value'".
  4. On prompt, type in "AnimationsShiftKey" (without quotes of course) and hit Enter.
  5. Double click on the key (DWORD) you just create, give it the value "1" to enable it.
  6. Relog your Windows.

I got the knowledge from a thread of WinVistaSecrets forum, credit goes to poster - WREEF_121.

And again, you need to relog for it to work!

Well then, have a good day.
